Age: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection accepts the application form of candidates of age group 20 to 30 years. Whereas it also offers the relaxation in age criteria for the various categories. This authority provides the relaxation in age criteria which is equal to the total length of the service in the defence forces + 3 years. Whereas the disabled ex-servicemen will get the relaxation of total 8 years in addition to this criteria. This relaxation will be available only for the upper age limit & up to 50 years of age.

Education: The educational qualification criteria is same for all category of candidates. So the candidates of ex-servicemen category must have the graduation passing certificate with them to apply for the exam.

Service Record: Those candidates who want to apply for the recruitment exam of IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB have to show a valid service record. Therefore the service record should be of any central or state government or any private agency which is considerable for the respective post.
